Okay I have an odd issue where my main character will not load on here. I have made several other characters for experiments and the like who do load onto here, and update. (granted after a few days)
Now my main Character has the same name "Sigismundo" of a previous character I deleted on player profile. Does this stop my newer Character with same name from reloading? if so how do I reset it? My new character uploaded just fine.
Ideas?
Main Character will not update player profile, other and new Characters will.

Didn't you have some issue a while back where your username was considered "obscene"? Beyond all comprehension, of course. I wonder if that's why it won't upload?

Okay the full history I made a Sigismundo for original Dragon Age game....ages ago, and stopped playing game for whatever reason after varely getting into the game. I came back after a long time with new game also named my character sigismundo. Then I got Dragon Age Ultimate and well i still wanted to use Sigismundo....I have deleted all files of Sigismundo on here, and on my pc, except my current main character. But it till not add this character.
I never got a message about Sigismundo character itself when making character. However for awhile there when I would try and upload screenshots it would give me that error message, but only for teh jpg file....I connected to EA live and they did something because now uploading a screen shot from that character works fine.....no error message.
However I really think it's either an issue with some residue of original Sigismundo char blocking it...(but there's no mention of it on diagnostics page.) Or it's a problem with my XML file, and I'm guessing that is more likely.
I never do the console....so that is not it. Could my XML file be bugged?

It doesn't care if you use the same name more than once. Best thing to do is to delete the character (from this site) and then trigger a reload by changing equipment and resaving.

Like Meta said, Just "Delete" your character off the site, go play around, save game. And wait for a bit and it will reupload your character.

There is nothing to delete on the site....My previous character of that name was deleted a long time ago. However this character just does NOT upload, while other characters do. no error message.

IS there no Adminsitration for this website that has a clue on this? Someone who might have an idea what to check for? This is really a social bioware site issue rather then a game issue, I would hope someone who works on this site actually takes note of these issues.

What Administrator? Once in a very great while I'll see a moderator here, but I believe most of them are just gamers like us. And if this is a solcial site issue, and not a game issue, then it belongs in the social site forum, right?

Tried that, no one ever goes there....if you leave a message in there, perhaps you will get an answers in a few months. At least here teh traffic is common enough that someone maybe will come through who has had the same issue and found a fix.......
I have about convinced myself it has somethingt o do with XML file itself, I don't see what else at this point could cause issue since there are no remaining files in diagnostics of previous "Sigismundo" and other charcaters are loading up fine.
