Does anybody know, when transferring from2 to 3, if it will take into account side missions you did after the suicide mission? I remember reading that the last few decisions you made in ME1 were not saved and that was decided from the conversation with Miranda and Jacob in the beginning.
I only ask because I know there are often sublots that show up in the next game that change based on whether you did a certain mission or not. I want to know if I need to do all of these before the Suicide mission.

It would only make sense if it did, as LotSB was released long after ME2 and was meant to be a 'bridging' piece. Also, LotSB's narrative is, to me, geared more for a post-SM runthrough than pre-SM. Regardless, it'd be kinda dumb for BW to penalize people who played the DLC after finishing ME2 instead of accomodating everyone.

The only thing that didn't transfer from ME to ME2 was who you chose for the council, everything else works fine. As for ME2 to ME3, I think everything you did after the SM will count, because alot of people played the DLC's after it.

My question about moving from ME2 --> ME3 is how many decisions are going to be brought in. I play mostly Paragon with a bit of Renegade every game. I punch the reporter, backstab the Sgt. fixing the gunship... will those be brought in or is it only going to be who you slept with (if any) and did you keep the platform.

None of us can say for sure what side missions will carry over, but we can probably sit here and hypothesize in any number of ways how certain decisions will carry over. I wouldn't be surprised to hear some small mention of some of the people you help on Illium by returning items to them.
