There was a thundering outcry, the stirrings of revolution and some strategic banning. It was very dramatic.

I laugh at your failed comment!

And nothing really happened that day!

The Cake was in fact a Lie after all

I don't know why everyone is so upset. Anyone who expected the game, any game, to come out on the first release date given is in for a disappointment. We're lucky it only got pushed back a month. (I'm honestly expecting Skyrim and ME3 to get pushed back to this time next year instead of coming out in November.)

We wern't upset by that. It's been long known that DA2 was pushed back to March. We were upset that some of the developers here hinted at a "special surprise" on that date and all it was a crummy announcement about another game entirely.

LOL please..it does not matter "what" happened....what matters is that while knowing the 2-11 date was not going to yeld anything great for the community people did not say anything ......they just went on knowing this would happen and then pretended the big news was the beta going from dark to closed

Exactly.

The further complaint is that they act like we were wondering and then bothered for no reason . . .

makenzieshepard's post about covers it. Plus Dragon Age Legends and the demo were announced.
