1- Does your party earn experience when a blue-ringed ally kills an enemy?
2- Is it true that the character who kills an enemy gets a couple extra points?
Thanks to any one answering.

As far as I have experienced - no matter who kills the monsters - everyone will receive the same amount of xp

1. No.
2. Yes. Not much, but a little tiny bit.
Please keep in mind I'm only talking from PC experience. Consoles may treat XP differently.

I'm not really sure about on XBOX I thought every character got the same xp whether they did the damage or not, or whether they were in the party or not. However, when I trundle out characters I haven't used for a bit they are always lower levels then the used npcs and don't suddenly level up like they did in KOTOR when you bring them into the light. In some instances npcs I've been using regularly level up with my pc, but some times before. I am sure someone has explained this in detail somewhere.

1. No experience is earned by your party if one of the NPC (blue-ringed) does the kill. However, your party does earn xps if any of the NPC (blue-ringed) characters die from a "friendly" AoE spell. In other words, if your Fireball kills allies and baddies, your party earns experience all the same.
2. Yes, you get a little extra xps for delivering the killing blow.
Your companions will always be no more than 1 level below your PC. The only time this may not be the case is when you initially recruit them (ie Zevran starts at level 10 but you can recruit him when your PC is lower level).
