[Bomb In My Pants]

 I don't really have a problem with my computer, but I thought you guys would know what to do. 

Okay, basically I want to mod my game (duh), but I'm very good with computer's and the one modding system I do have, I haven't quite figured out how to fully use. Does anyone out there know a good site where I can get power and weapon mods? I would prefer a downloadable version.

If noone can help me with that , then please explain the mod system I have now! It's called "gibbed's save editor.":(
