Hello,
Could someone tell me how I can edit character sounds in Baldur's Gate? For example, the Tired sound for Kivan is "It is time for us to rest", but if you have the subtitles turned on, the text reads "I will lead for as long as I am needed." Though this is fixed by the Game Text Update, I still want to know how to edit something like that. Please tell me what I should do. I've just downloaded Weidu and am trying to figure things out by myself, but I've only found out how to create and edit the dialogue files, not the character sounds (like Tired, Bored, or Seriously Wounded Sound....)
Thank you for your replies.

For this you'd want to read up on the .cre file format (sounds like these have nothing to do with dialogue files) and grab an editor. NI, for example.

For this particular case you would probably want to use the WeiDU action

STRING_SET strref_for_incorrect_string corrected_string

Consult the WeDU readme for more info on STRING_SET.
