Do I understand it right, that because I am from Czech Republic I cant download new DLC? No matter that I am playing english version and I know how to make Shadow Broker functional (with which I can buy and bought). I hope this will be solved somehow. I dont have problem with english and I musst say that this style of distribution is very bad for me. I am considering to cancel my signature edition DA2. If Bioware will keep this policy I would be pretty angry soon.

Now dont get me wrong, I understand why there isnt localisation - I am not angry about that. But when I am playing english version and took some work to make it work I want new DLCs.

+ I might add that I bought every piece of DLC for ME2 and most DLCs for DAO... And I hate piracy. I never pirated any game or DLC. I rather spend part of my money thant steal from anyone. But this? Is this some sort of way to tell me that I should have gone pirate? I really dont understand.

Hey Bioware. I've reported this very problem on two different threads. Why isn't the Pack available for download for us? The OP is from the Czech Republic, and I'm from the Philippines. Are you guys delyaing the release for the EU and Asia? What's up with all this delay?

I hope delay is answer. But I got bad feeling about it. If you try to buy Shadow Broker it isnt possible too. While other DLCs (even when you have them too) is possible to buy. I guess they just stop downloading off not-supported DLC... If it is so I am really angry.

Did you mean you can't buy or download as specified above? I could upload the installer.
