Do you think the fact that Anders is possessed by a spirit makes him more likely to be the s/s LI? I really doubt Bioware would give us another bisexual assassin elf as our LI, so if Anders is no longer really Anders, maybe that's how they could explain him suddenly being bisexual? What do you think?

J/V is a spirit with one thing on his mind; specifically, vengeance. I doubt he's thinking much about getting busy with anybody.

That said, I'm still holding out hope that the character will mostly be Anders and the spirit will not 'come out to play' very much. In which case, I hope that he will be an LI. I don't know if he'll be the M/M option because he's shown a definite female bias, and I'm doubtful that J/V would be affecting that part of his mind. However, I'm not ruling the possibility out.

On the off-chance that I ever play a male character, he's romancing Merrill or Fenris. Merrill seems a little vanilla, but I think I'd have a lot of fun with Fenris. So Fenris had better be a male LI.

Anders specifies in the very first convo you trigger with him that he wants "a good meal, a pretty girl and the right to shoot lightnings at fools".

Well, on the friendship path he could do it for great justice.

On the rivalry path it'd be obviously with vengeance.

 I almost had a heart attack seeing the name of this thread,  cause it looked like it could be a confirmation post.  I hate when thread titles are "This is *so and so!*"...and then it's not actually *so and so* but conversation. 

I sincerely doubt Anders IS the bisexual option though,  if he's a romance at all...as others have said,  his current situation might make him hesitant or even incapable of carrying on a relationship (unless it's possible to remedy that situation at some point).   I wouldn't *mind* it,  but still I doubt it....

Ok firstly: Fenris is not an assassin, hes not even a rouge.

Secondly: What do you mean "suddenly being bisexual"? Presuming (despite the total lack of both proof and rational conclusions) that Anders is a LI, you have no idea that he's not always been bisexual. The only thing we know for certain is that Anders likes girls since in Awakening he says "all I want is a pretty girl..."etc etc. That does not necessarily mean that he does not like men as well.

I'm seriously going to argue this everytime it comes up. From everything we know about him, Fenris is so completely different from Zevran he could literally be Zevran turned inside out. He's not an assassin, he's not flirty, he's not easy-going, and he's not smarmy. He's serious, damaged, temperamental, and brooding. He's a damn 2H warrior, I don't see anything more manly than that.

Why do pointed ears make him a stereotype? ARGH!
