Its a recessive gene or am I wrong? I think they'll all be gone in 150 years or so.

I still think there is some kind of sinister purpose here.

(No offense to Albino people... just pointing out that he is somewhat very unnatural... almost looking as a statue)

He's a mass liar who principally lies about how much murdering and cheating he does, but is really just trying to look cool around his super-villain friends.

Bekenstein is largely a human world, a gated community for rich, influential humans, no less. When a Justicar starts slaughtering people on an asari world, no asari will question it. When a Justicar starts murdering a bunch of humans it becomes a little something Udina would call a "political ****storm."

Besides that, Kasumi was exaggerating. Being a mercenary warlord is not a crime.
