Tried going into the character management settings so I could delete some old characters I no longer have access to (I recently upgraded my motherboard and CPU), but instead of going into the character management page, I get this error, with no idea how to get it resolved other than bring it here:

And within 2 minutes of the error, it randomly disappeared and I was able to do the character management I needed.

Odd to say the least...
