Hoi, I've just been wondering. Last playthrough I tried to set aside a heap of Sovereigns to buy spellbooks, but naturally, once I actually managed to do that, I noticed that there weren't any left to buy, so maybe I didn't find all of them, but the 3(?) I found were a bit meagre.

Here they are:
Camp vendor
Wonders of Thedas in the Denerim market district
Quartermaster in the Circle of Magi

I also seem to remember that a certain Desire Demon can give you one, apart from that I found nothing.

So, any more I didn't find?
