Although I have to preface my comment by saying "sorry", I don't have an immediate answer, I want to offer a caution to you and an explanation. 

Operating System: Windows 7
CPU: AMD Phenom II X4 965 (3,4 GHz)
RAM: 8 GB
Video Card: Radeon HD5970
Audio: DirectX 9.0c compatible
DirectX: DirectX December 2010

The game doesn't care what version of Dx11 you have, because it only uses Dx9, and the game install adds the Dx9 APIs to the rest of the Direct3D APIs, all of which are compatible with one another. 

Therefore, if you haven't done anything else with the Dx9 APIs, you still have whatever version came on your DVD.  This is by way of an "FYI", in case it ever comes up again (and if there is in fact a December, 2010, update to Dx9 that I somehow missed learning about, sorry for wasting your time.
