Yeah dude.. I wasnt talking to you specifically I don't care if you think my being upset is "unreasonable". I don't know you, and I really don't care what your opinion is.

Whose opinion do you care about?  Who do you think should care about yours?

Bold 1: Mine?
Bold 2: Any one who wants to care? Are you trying to be my psychiatrist or something?

It's not as if the risk of it being leaked onto the internet was not anticipated beforehand, so the decision to pull the exclusive demo the day before its intended release seems quite irrational.

I feel bad for the Gamestop employees, and I would probably be irritated too if I were in their shoes. However, I really think this was a smart move on Bioware to do this. I never understood why they were doing this in the first place.

You realize you've just probably given the exact reason why BioWare has cancelled the demo, yes?
Just wait eleven more days, and you'll get to experience it yourself.

BioWare knew the early demo was gonna result in leaked info from the day they announced it. You can't enforce an NDA on every Gamestop employee in the country. The fact that they're now pulling it due to "security concerns" is incredibly lame.

I think it's kind of funny how the people who weren't supposed to have the demo (non gamestop employees) are the ones who are the most upset. The people at gamestop I can understand, but not the people who got it by whatever other means they did. Doesn't it feel good having to wait like the rest of us law-abiding citizens? ;)

The site better go up by tomorrow, if it's truely pulled I'll be ****ing pissed.

I had to be sexually abused by my gamestop friend to get my code...

Congratulations, you're probably part of the reason it was pulled.

It was for Gamestop employees only.  The fact that gamestop employees were going around giving them out to random strangers and their friends is probably why it's not happening.

Awesome pic, Xenogears is my fave RPG of all time.

What makes you think that Gamestop employees were not supposed to hand out codes? Was there anything in the distribution e-mails telling them that handing out codes would break the law? I thought the whole point of this gig was to give gamestop employees an advantage, and making people come to their store and beg them for a code sure sounds like an advantageous position to me.

No, just trying to decipher what purpose you have for posting on a public forum.  Still not sure.

From the email that went out to Gamestop:

This early demo access is being granted to Gamestop employees only. Any form of distribution, recording, posting of any elements of the Dragon Age 2 demo and any of its files is strictly prohibited until February 23, 2011 when the demo is made available to all consumers.”

Wow you dont give up do you? So because I don't care about the opinion of someone who's basically calling me immature, for feeling the way I do. I shouldnt have a opinion/say how I feel on this public forum? Besides why are you still on this? Do you see me raging about this? I'm just disapointed that all. I'm not threatening to slit my wrist/cancel my pre-order over here.

So keep your condecending words to yourself. Thanks.

Nothing in bold prohibits distribution of the codes. Having said that, the preceding sentence DOES say it's for Gamestop employees only.

Then we should direct most of our anger at the Gamestop employees who handed out codes. They're scum, pure and simple, and I hope they are found and sent to jail.
