I installed dragon age and mass effect a long time ago for the 1st time and i also used some of the dlc codes like the blood armor then i had to format my pc and now that i reinstaled the games i got nothing in my profile(blood armor, golem etc)just the games and when i try to redeem them again i cant cause the pass is already used...what should i do?

Profile games excist no more same goes for dlcs...

well i got them both in my profile but still can´t download them >.<
So that doesn´t help much either ... am almost thinking beter to go get stuff illegal then legal .
If you create a system like this , and don´t have the backbone to handle it .
TOTAL FAIL !!!! honestly its not about the money , cause bought 1600 bioware points to see if the problem was my end or not !!
But it isn´t , its EA/BIOWARE problem
