Hi, I've recently purchased Mass Effect 2 & it brought with it a Cerberus Network Activation Flyer with a key similar to a CD-Key.

After installing the game (2 days ago), I was promped to insert an account (on which I inserted my EAGames account) and after that I was promped to insert my cerberus key and I did so.

Today I was looking around the DLC packs & i've noticed something at the very bottom saying "some me2 copys bring a cerberus key code - redeem now and recieve 1200 points", I was all happy cause I wanted shadow broker & liara new missions, when I went to check out it said I had no bioware points, so I tryed using my key code again and it said "already used".

Whats the problem? How can I fix it.
