Hi, I've recently purchased Mass Effect 2 & it brought with it a Cerberus Network Activation Flyer with a key similar to a CD-Key.

I installed the game two days ago. When I first launched it asked me to associate with/create an EA Account, which I already had (can provide more details via personal messages if need mister forum moderator). Right after that It prompted me with a board asking if I wanted to redeem my Cerberus Network Activation code, I opened my game case, inserted the key and I had success. I didn't actually knew what were the benefits of doing this but, it can never be bad, so I just activated my code.

Today, a few hours ago, I was looking around the DLC packs, since I wanted to download "shadow broker" & "overlord" packs & I've noticed a square, referring to CNA, in which it was stated "some copys of ME2 already bring a CNA key code (blabla - something like this), redeem your code now and recieve 1200 bioware points", basically with 1200 points I could buy Shadow Broker missions & a few minor unimportant packs related with weapons and stuff, then I would pay 3,50€ to get the Overlord pack.

Since I had activated my code I immidiatly pressed "BUY" on what I wanted, but then it said "not enought funds, please add more Bioware points to prooced", then my toughts were "what the hell?", since I had no points I tryed to activate my code again on the redeem code link back on the mainshop board, but it said in red letters "cannot activate this code, as it's already been used".

So basically I used my CNA code to get rewards, which I later found out to be amazing, worthing ~10€, and afterall I did not get'em? Will I be rehumbersed with those points or am I being given a new code? There must be away of getting things right without me having to pay 11€ to get the DLC which was "offered to me" when I bought the ME2 copy.

I hope to see a resolution to this matter as soon as possible - I won't be on my house from 11 to 16 Febraury (meaning I won't be able to speak with anyone about this matters on the mean time), altought I felt like the sooner I reported this the faster I would have it fixed by some responsible.

I thank the time you spent reading my post, Francisco.

Wait... so those 1200 points, did you get them for free or buy them? That was not clear.

Basically, I bought a copy of the mass effect 2 game, which apart from the Original standart mass effect 2, brought a flyer with a promotional code which gives 1200 bioware points on activation, according to the website.
