You remind me of that dork on youtube who said he met the producer of Diablo 3 and the guy gave him a copy of it to play. You're clearly full of crap. You basically just told us all things we all already know without playing the game in a weak attempt to get some attention.
Lol - I don't care for attention, but I'm not making this up. I've played through the intro and that's what I know. If you guys already know this stuff I just said - why would I bother announcing it on here? And if I wanted attention, wouldn't it be more logical for me to just make up some random stuff?
So you already knew ALL that stuff I just said? ALL of it?
Actually, yes. We do know every single piece of information you have.
Tell me, and answer fast:
What were you asked to do before the game began? The set-up process?
What class did you choose, and what companions did you have by time you left Lothering?
Where is your home base and how do you get it?
Answer fast. Although it proves nothing, since anyone knows this stuff. But pray you don't get anything wrong.
Well, after starting a new game I could choose a male or female warrior, mage or rogue. All six were pre-desinged on a black screen, lined up in a row. when you choose one, they'd step forward, swing their weapon, and you'd clik "accept". I started the game running away from darkspawn - killing as I went - and a giant horned demon came out. I was on some kind of mountain top cliff-edge. I was with some chick who looked like the dark-haired babe from Mass Effect 2, and someone's older mother (mine or hers), and we bumped into another group of four who were trying to escape darkspawn. (Sorry if it's vague but I was also played the DA1 expansions all last night too, and I'm a bit muddled).
After you play the tutorial part you lose the temporary skills you have, and get to start your char from scratch. You customise detailed facial features as expected, and for the "pre-story" (from origins) you can do four things: 1, select the the default story (essentially a human saved Fereldin), or two alternate pre-stories (an elf saved fereldin/a dwarf saved fereldin), or you can load your previous character's decisions and outcomes.
Skill trees are on the right hand side of the screen. As a warrior, I chose Beserker, but there were five other skill trees I could choose from. They operate from left to right, and (I may be wrong) but it seemed like I wasn't restricted to the one class type (like I could mix and match).
Oh and stats (STR, DEX etc) still go up in 3's when you go up a level. I can tell you more but I'd have to turnit on again and take notes.
