Obviously not Omega, that should be a given. Maybe if IRL I was some big tough guy, but I'm a relatively mild-mannered wimp, so... no. (although I do have some proficiency with guns. Maybe that'd be enough to keep me alive... nah.)
No to Illium as well. Sure, it looks all shiny and pretty in the daytime, but I have no doubt whatsoever that if you aren't A) an asari or

rich, life would suck there. It's just a little bit
too rich. Places like that inevitably have a seedy underbelly of underpaid foreign workers. *cough*Dubai*cough*
Earth is probably totally polluted and doesn't have any forests left, so I don't want to live there. For that matter, our solar system is pretty boring, so just no to the Local Cluster.
The Citadel would be kind of interesting. The Presidium I definitely couldn't afford to live on (if there's housing there at all) but the Wards, if you found a nice neighborhood, could be interesting. Obviously I wouldn't live in an area around Chora's Den, but I'm sure there's some nice, quiet middle-class neighborhoods somewhere that wouldn't look at a human funny.
If I had the choice to go anywhere, though, I would live... on a colony. I'm not too picky about which one, so long as it's reasonably well-established (so you don't have to fight for your survival or something), is similar enough to Earth that there's no need to wear special gear or take medications, and has TREES. It must have trees. As well as houses among those trees. Even better, houses IN the trees! But some nice forest planet with a small collection of colonists I could live among within a reasonable distance of a larger settlement and spaceport where we could get supplies/news, that I would love.
Mindoir has forests, doesn't it? Or is that just fanon? I'm sure it's had enough time to rebuild to a reasonable size since the Batarian attack, that was like fifteen years ago. Maybe I'd go there.
