I wanna do a Renegade playthrough. How should i do it so i am renegade but i don't ****** off my crew members?

Pick renegade options except when they are dickish to your crew?

Depends on what exactly you mean by "****** off." Being dickish to your crew generally doesn't affect anything. IIRC, the only instance where picking renegade has a significant negative effect is in Tali's loyalty mission, but that can be prevented with a renegade check. The two team member conflicts can also be resolved using renegade checks.

Your crew wears big girl panties. They can take some harsh words now and again. Besides, most of the renegade options aren't really dickish; they just range from blunt to smartass.

I had the intent of being a smartass teasing Ash but Meer's voice-acting made Shepard sound like an ass.
