oh yeah, about original topic - IMO, Jennifer Hale did a much better job, even if you consider her tone with Jacob

Well she was nominated for Spike's VGA's and Meer didn't get nominated.  She didn't win.  Tricia Helfer did.

Oh, and I call those stats bogus because they have never given and probably never will give a clear explanation on how they gather those stats.  I've played several FemSheps and tried to play MaleShep in ME2 but gave up before Freedom's Progress was even over.  So was my MaleShep entered into those stats?  Who knows?

Edit:  Someone must have the music embedded in their signature.  That's the only explanation I can think of for the song shenanigans on this page.

As much as I love Jennifer Hale's work, especially in Mass Effect 2, I can't say that I'm all that broken up about her not even getting a nomination for this award.

The fact that Mark Meer was nominated, but Jennifer Hale wasn't, speaks volumes for the thoroughness and objectivity of the the people who decide who wins these "DICE" awards, which is exactly why it doesn't bother me.

Getting back onto the topic, I'm quite pleased that mshep was nominated but not femshep. Yes I thought she was great as Bastilla Shan, but terrible as femshep in both ME1 and ME2. I hope the mshep VA wins :-)
