As Aris said unemployment does have it's benefits occasionally. I have my release date delivery from Amazon so I have to go construct a UPS blind at the end of my driveway to ensure that I can catch the elusive and wily brown van as quickly as possible. Once game has been ripped from the hands of the terrified shorts wearing man/woman I shall rush inside to install the game on my PC. Some time within the next 20-50 hours I shall emerge from my room.

...or something like that anyways.

I start semester 1 on the 28th, and i would be already so busy to even play it when it comes out here (10th). But I don't mind, since I control myself to half-hour or an hour of gaming a day. No rush to finish DA2 and I'm not the person who doesn't mind getting spoiled by people talking about what happens. I like to experience a game moreso than reading what happens or watching someone's playthrough on youtube.

I too have release date delivery from amazon...but since i live an apartment, the UPS guy may or may not drop the package off at the office, which I have to pick up... my ME2 copy was in my mailbox....

So I plan to pitch a tent in the lobby until either the UPS van shows up or I'll stalk the office till it opens so I can claim it.....

Then disappear for the next day and a half.... or week....playing.....

Oh how i love relase date shipping  for only 99 cents I get to enjoy DAII so much faster....

March 8th is my birthday and all I asked for were passes to PaxEast, and my brother's mancave to myself for the day. I definitely have the day off, ohhh yes.

I'm a loser, but I admit that when my boss said "you have vacation days, take 'em or lose 'em," it didn't take me long to pick the week.

We're gonna go do real vacationy things for the long weekend and then I get to come home and be a gamer hermit for a couple days.

More to the point, I unfortunately won't be taking the day off for DAII, as school also has me pretty busy. I'm actually holding off on getting DAII for a while so as to (a) not get totally distracted from classes, and ( hopefully see a Mac Origins Ultimate Edition release to play through and import first.

The only thing is, you probably won't get the game mailed on the release date, it'll be sold out in stores, and steam might screw up.
