I've tried a few times on EA Live Chat and now am trying with EA E-mail support to get this resolved but I was wondering if anyone's had this experience before.

I can't see any of my redeemed, or purchased Mass Effect 2 DLCs at this page: http://social.biowar...ntitlements.php

I should have the 5 Cerberus Network DLCs (Firewalker/Zaeed/Arc Projector/Cerberus Armor/Eviscerator), LotSB, Kasumi, and Overlord but see none of them.

Instead I see this at that page:



Does anyone know what's up? Is my account broken? I've tried multiple browsers, PCs, they're all like that. I only distincly recall that page working for me for the first day I had registered ME2 and used the Cerberus Network card.
