Received an error whilst purchasing points

I was buying 800 points with my debit card, and I received an error saying that it was unable to transfer my request. I tried purchasing it again, got the same error. When I go to my account, It says I ordered it twice in the order history, and both are still pending. So I left it for the night, came back in the morning and they're still both pending.

  • Is there a way to cancel one of these orders?
  • When will I receive my points?
  • I only have enough money on my card for one of the batch of points. Could this be stopping them purchasing?

I am having same problem. With paysafe card. It even has the invoice numbers. But they are all still pending. I dont know if you can cancel the purchase. But if the points do allocate eventually it will be only the first purchase you made since you dont have any money for the other one!.

Just contact EA using live chat. It is how I got the points that I bought a few days ago.
