I have just bought Dragon Age Origins Ultimate Edition, it seems I could get 7 DLCs for free... But I can't found the redeem code for them... What should I do?
Besides, I think EA's website is very unfriendly... I have spent several hours and still can't found the way to email to their customer service... Or that's just because my poor English?
Wish someone could teach me what to do... so many thanks...:crying:

If you bought ultimate edition, you don't redeem any codes, you just go to the menu in your game, and then to DLC, and you should be able to download them.

And yes EA's website sucks terribly.

I've been told the dlcs are on the disc. You'd still need to install them to a hard drive though.

But if you really do need to contact EA then:

Many Thanks, you two are so kind... I have installed "Origin", but in-game message still shows I have to download the DLCs. So I think the DLCs are not in the disc (at least not in 360's edition) I write to EA and Here's their reply:

Thank you for contacting Electronic Arts Customer Support.I am sorry to know that you are experiencing inconvenience and I apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused to you. It's always a pleasure to assist our customer's in any possible way that we can.

In order to resolve your issue, please update your support ticket from the Dragon Age help page with the following info:

- Your EA.com account name:

- Your date of birth:

- Name of the items that you are missing:

- Codes that you redeemed:

- Game's registration code:

- Store where you pre-ordered/ purchased the game:

I look forward to your reply for further assistance.

I am still trying...

Hm...getting back to the original issue; redemption codes tend to be on an insert card along with the instruction manual. Check to see if there is one there.

An 'obvious' point, but worth bringing up, is to make sure that the copy of the game you have is new and not secondhand. If it is secondhand then you run the risk of not having the redemption code (if indeed there is one), as it may have been used by the previous owner.

Another thing I've just noticed: you say you've installed Origins. I think the dlc in the Ultimate Edition is on the second disc. Have you tried installing that?

In the first, what I bought is brand new one and I can register with its code. But there is no redemption code for DLC...(Actually there is one code for Mass Effect 2's blood dragon armor)
And yes, I should try to install the second disc:crying:...many thanks for advising...:D
Anyway, EA's staff have manually entitled some DLC for me...shall try it tonight.

Let us know if all is well. It gives a thread some closure.

With my PC Ultimate Edition on the insert card there is only one code as well: on the side of the code is the stuff about the dlc; on the other is the text about the Blood Dragon armour. Perhaps it's a one code for all purposes thing. (Not that it really matters if EA have manually entitled all the stuff but worth trying anyway.)
