Alright, I just looked through the potential list at the Lady Hawke Fan Thread, and only Belinda fits the bill. She was raised in London, did voice work for DAO and ME2, but voiced no major characters, lives in Canada, and is pretty young.

Also, is married to Mark Meer.

The first thing her voice made me think of was one of the DAO voice sets available for the elves. (think it's the one named "sultry" but not sure)  It may be different person since the accents are obviously different, but the timbre feels very similar.

... which is bit of a problem since i've got used to associate this voice with my CE, so hearing that come out from someone else (especially another protagonist) is weird like heck

I love her voice. I was honestly expecting her to sound somewhat like FemShep (full of authority and a bit deeper tone), but the her softer smart-sounding voice fits perfectly. I can't wait to play her now. :-)

It's possible that the dev who gave the hint about the VA being in both DA:O and Mass Effect was mistaken. Now I'm thinking that it could be Fay Masterson, who voiced Kaitlyn, and is listed as being in TOR, but not either of the ME games.

Well, if this is indeed Belinda Cornish, I'm mildly surprised. She sounded really pleasant, I like her voice.
