Is the Aveline in this game the same Aveline that Leliana mentions in one of her stories- the warrior who was raised by Dalish elves? I'm playing DAO and just talked to Leliana and noticed Av's name.
Thanks in advance for replies!

Also, yea, "melt butter from across the room" and "walk like a glowing disco ball" - pretty accurate though.

No, she's not.
The tale is quite an old one plus the Aveline in the story was decaptated after beating a man (typical:whistle:).

Cannot see Isabela as a singer type, unless it's drunken sailor songsNadia73 wrote...
I have to go with FemMage in my first playthrough... and DEF Isabelamuffins:wub:
and I can already tell that I'm going to LOVE the soundtrack to this game as well.
Hmmmmmmm... i wonder if Isabela will 'regale us with a song' like Leliana did around the campfire? If she sings, I think I might die....
Ohhh, the possibilities....
and that's TOTALLY acceptable:lol:
to hear Isabela sing about wenches and booty = priceless.
"Ten men on a dead woman's chest, yoohoo and a bottle of rum!"
I totally vote for drunk Isabella singing!

My god, Femhawke actually sounds like a woman, not a butch hardass like Femshep.
And the walk, ... damn I burned my fingers just by watching her
She had a pretty girlish run/jogging style though if I saw it right. But the waaalk!
edit://
That's why she is Lady Hawke, and not Femhawke!

I figured it wasn't but hell, asking never hurts.
well, 98% of the time it doesn't.

What stood out for me was the party walking, non of that stilted pausing and then running to catch up, but I think they could have closed the distance just a little more.Neofelis Nebulosa wrote...

I'd hazard a guess that she was.
Which would have been a tad anti-climactic for her parents if she'd grown up to be a weedy little washer-woman

I'm not sure about that, but I understand that there is the possibility to switch from running mode to walking mode. Maybe when the companions went in walking mode is the moment that Laidlaw press the button. But I'm probably wrong.

I sometimes go overboard looking for details, things like their footing(seen too many games with the feet obviously floating above the ground), there was one really annoying aspect in DA:O, you'd run to grab some loot, but at the precise moment you stop and click a party member gets in the way initiating dialogue, this was more obvious with Sten because of his height.Neofelis Nebulosa wrote...
