Yes, it's a question ML answers, apparently there's still banter in idle situations or comments in specific situations, and companions have a life of their own when not in your party (visit each other, hang around etc.)

Anyway, while this didn't alleviate most of my concerns I still have, this sort of a walkthrough where you see a little bit of everything was EXACTLY the kind of PC gameplay footage I've been wanting to see since waaaaay back. Now I just hope they have some video or something sometime that shows off the DX11 features.


Oh, and I was so excited to see the party walking!!!!

I didn't think it could be possible to be even more excited about the game! I mean Lady Hawke looked amazing. I loved her voice, her poses, her running, walking, etc. I'm very happy with what I saw and I can't wait to play the game with her!!!



I was also very excited to hear what Mike had to say about the game. It looks really nice and yet it feels and looks like the Dragon Age I like. I liked what I saw and heard~

Yeah, the faces seem rather stiff and awkward. Hopefully it will be more clear when the demo comes out.

Loved it! Thanks for the ability to toggle headgear! No more of this:     I also like the idea of running into other characters when they're not assigned to the party. Animations looked great, voices were awesome, tactics look like they're still there (I was worried it would be dumbed down), the game has gone gold, birds are singing, flowers are blooming... The world is a much happier place!!!

See now, I dont see that at all. They look alot more natural than Origins did, and they dont have the plastic man look of ME2. Im digging the facial expressions.

Yes, like in DAO there's a persistent blood option.

Even I think they've gone too far it with it this time, and I'm a fan of trashy horror films. This looks like it wouldn't be out of place in say, Braindead, and detracts from the conversations.

I did not watch it all in order to avoid spoilers, but the game looks killer. At this point I am fairly certain that I will like it even more than Origins. Cannot wait to pick up my Signature Edition.

This demo basically proved every thought I had about Isabella wrong. She's a bamf character, and has one of the coolest introductions ever. I may just end up romancing her now.

I definitely appreciated the demo, though it would have been nice to get in more questions that anyone vaguely paying attention to Dragon Age II didn't already know the answer to.



I was watching the stream with someone who decided to 'play dumb' just to get a question picked... though, in retrospect, that was probably counterproductive to our goal...

Well I dunno, Origins was alright, though that may just be me wearing rose-tinted glasses. I'm not really comparing it to any game, though, just looking at it on its own and saying, "Ehh, that doesn't look quite right." I am nitpicking though.

It was pretty good, but there was less emotion. It was just the same expressions over and over. They didn't feel quite...kinetic. It'd go:
