"Ask him" And I actually fell for this when I was in Australia. My brother and I ran into a strange fellow with a small dog whom we gave a lift to, to go fishing at the river. Of course I say, whats your dogs name? The fellow whom I thought was a bit dim says 'ask him' so I proceed to ask the dog what his name is, expecting a bark or something. The dogs actual name was "Askhim". I felt the fool as my brother and the guy whom I assumed was a bit like Sandal laughed their heads off.

The way I see it is that Dragon Age is really the story of Barkspawn's family line; not Hawke's family or the Warden stopping the Blight.

If Carver dies, I will name it Carver in his honor.
If Bethany dies...meh. Not sure. I might name it after that import's Warden. XD
(In DA:O my Amell named her dog Barkspawn; Surana --> Fen'harel; Mahariel --> Assan; Fem!Tabris --> Nelaros; Cousland --> Dane. I like names that have personal significance for my character. Barkspawn aside).
