I thought to name her after Loghain's mabari, but after Anders was confirmed as a companion, I've decided to call her Ser Barks-a-lot. She and Pounce are destined to become the best of friends, assuming Pounce is even in the game. If not, she'll have to make do being best buddies with Anders; after all, he'll be spending quite a bit of time at fem!Hawke's place, he just doesn't know it yet.

Well in DA:O I named my dog The Maker. I just liked snickering every time I talked to someone from the Chantry. Also it made me realize that Andraste had some serious issues. I think in another playthrough I used Pop Tart. Hmmm ... This time I will go with Lt. Col. Apple Fritter, Pope John Paws the II or Robert Downey Jr. If space is an issue I might just go with Booger (reference to Revenge of the Nerds). I'd like to think any dog of mine would have an epic belch.

On my mage playthrough in DO:A i named my dog Greagoir. Other names were Max (although he lacked the guns and the cigar, as well as several legs) or Dogmeat. This time it will be the Hero of Ferelden or Schmooples maybe something in qunari

In Origins I named the Juman Noble one "Rabbit" and the Ostegar one "Barkspawn" since, as I se it, they are not the same dog.

I really like "Barkwall". Hmmm...
