I'll venture a guess and say that Lady Hawke will be able to romance Varric, Fenris, and Isabella.  No Anders because he's been possesed, and that's kinda creepy.

I'd love for there to be a real romance, not just a fling, with non-party members. If only just one. Maybe a bit like Aarin Gend in NWN?
