Anybody else planning on a permanent party yet?

1) Lady Hawke warrior
2) Anders
3) Bethany
4) Fenris/ Varric
I can't seem to decide between Fenris and Varric and I knew from the beginning I wanted at least one of my siblings with me. Since my first playthrough will be warrior or rogue I have Bethany and I want the Hawke sisters kicking ass. It also means I am personally protecting her from Templars so my decisions will be very much based on that.
I really want Carver but I don't want be mage for the first play, so I'll have the little bro join in the second!

We're dealing with the Armada? In you get, Isabela! Oh, Templars in this quest? Come on then, Bethany and Aveline! Deep roads? Varric, get Bianca, we're going treasure huntin'!

I hope not.
Why? Well, you really don't know enough about the party members yet. When I started my first playthrough I was sure I was going to include X in my party (name changed to protect the innocent). However, once I met up with her/him, I found out that he/she was much more of... well... much more of a dick than I was expecting. Since I was playing a "Mr Nice Guy" playthrough, I didn't want to use that character once I got to know them.
However, I was sure to use her/him in my next playthrough where I played as a total snotty bad-ass.
I urge you not to make up your minds till you play. The NPCs the team have made are not as "simple" as they seem. There are very distinct personalities here.
Bet you my left arm that it was Fenris.
I can just tell he is going to be a moody ****.

Either way, as a 2H warrior I would like to have:
Meatshield (probably Avaline)
Melee damage (2H warrior Hawke)
Mage (Merrill/Bethany)
Last slot for probably a rogue or the other mage.

All I know, is i want to see what Anders is going to be like, after his .... *incident*.... I hope he retains that lovely level of sarcasm that made me take him nearly everywhere.

Anders (for healing and the lulz)
A tank (Aveline, maybe, but Fenris looks awesome, too)
A DPS mage (Bethany is most likely)
For my inevitable mage playthrough:
Anders (healing again, because Force Mage looks epic)
Isabella (rogue, plus she sounds interesting)
A tank (whoever I don't use in my rogue playthrough)
I'm not one to swap party members out on whim, since I like to build a party to complement my character's abilities. That said, fewer party members lends itself well to trying new combinations. Who knows? Maybe I'll end up hating Aveline so much that I never use her again.

Though now that I've written that, I'm despairing! I really want to have Aveline around to tank. So maybe she'll have to switch into Anders' or Varric's spot. Ohh the agony of choice.

I never do permanent parties throughout the entire game. Why waste content?
Yes, precisely.

Moving on, originally I thought for my first char I'd do Aveline, Bethany, and Varric. Aveline I just think is a neat concept, I like the idea of having a sister (thus dwarf commoner in DAO I enjoyed) and Varric is only dwarf around.
Though now 2 new npcs I toy with are Isabella and the Exiled Prince,
Exiled Prince-While ME 2 npcs I was never that fond of, Shale was my favorite npc of DAO by far.
Isabella-Each gameplay video I see her in, she is hotter then the last gameplay video I saw her. Add in the fact that rivalry romances are confirmed and well it's a intriguing thought.
NPCS I just don't care for
Carter-Dick, will betray you, is EMO (This is just a guess, not a spoiler)
Fenris-Is probably also emo, never like the "I'm all powerful, and it's horrible" backstory.
NPCS I have no opinon on:
Meril- Uh...so yea.....you lectured Duncan in DAO....that was neat...how's it goin?
Hound-I like you, but your only a side item, I"m sorry.

But with a rivalry and a friendship path to explore for every character, I'm realizing that I'm going to want to use everyone in both my main games for DA2.
