Here is a little thing that bug's me.
When playing mass effect for the first time i enjoy playing as a soldier(mostly because they are versital)
However i also consider soldier's to be the too normal for a lack of beter words.(all they do is shoot and kill)
I tryed playing several other classes but they dont give the same satifaction.

So does anyone have any input that helps me to pick if what class to play.

Try Vanguard. Its Charge ability it not only fun but deadly.

You can roll your face across the keyboard (or controller) and survive on normal difficulty. Increase the difficulty if you're looking for some satisfaction.

My favorite class is Soldier also.



But I think the most fun class is Vanguard, shotgunning an enemy in the face never gets old

Vanguard and Infiltrator are good classes that rely on both powers and weapons. Sentinels to a lesser extent do this, and they don't really come into their own until you get the bonus weapon. As a side tip, if you're not playing on Hardcore or Insanity, Vanguard's charge ability is actually less effective, because it knocks enemies away from you, rather than staggering protected enemies, which allows for the very satisfying "shotgun to the face" shot.

i love the soldier too, he is the batman class of the mass effect universe, while the other classes are more like the other members of the justice leauge, but if you are trying to play another class i say infiltrator or vanguard too.
they are my 2nd and 3rd after the soldier, i may have 20+ plays with the soldier class , it is just a great and cool class .

Yeah, I'm a devoted Soldier as well but I have begun to try Vanguards on Insanity. While I'm dying alot learning them, holy crap charge never gets old xD Can't wait to get the Claymore.

Vanguard, my favorite. The charge just makes the combat epic - especially on insanity. You are all over the battlefield destroying everything that stands in your path; well... other classes can do that too but Vanguard can do so without utilizing the primitive action known as "walking/running"

Sentinel. Once i got the specialization (i picked assault riffle) it was a blast. Like a soldier on steroids.
