Pre-demo, my mental FemHawke always sounded exactly like Shirley Manson. I also love Grey DeLisle as both an actress and a singer, but considering she already voiced a major character, she seems unlikely.

Can't really think of any serious choices for MHawke. Ben Croshaw as Sarcastic!Hawke would be amazing.
