Matthew Macfadyen, or Rufus Sewell for something a bit gruffer.
Not sure about female Hawke. Maybe Rhona Mitra.
Who would voice YOUR Hawke?

Craig Ferguson, hands down. For black hawke (heh) Michael Clarke Duncan, many may know him as John Coffey.
For femhawke, Kate Beckinsale... Possibly Yvonne Strahovski.

I would voice my Hawke.
But if I'm unavailable, I'll leave it to a pro... I really like Kate Beckinsale's voice, actually, and Kimberly Brooks.
For men, I want Mikael Persbrandt, or Mads Mikkelsen.

Megan Hollingshead (aka Karen Thompson) (Re-L from Ergo Proxy) and Paul Dobson (Folken from Escaflowne), I think. I do like Grey DeLisle and Crispin Freeman too though...

Well after daydreaming about how my dream come true would be Steve Valentine again and such a detailed character generator that I could "clone" Alistair from Origins who I am not over yet (come back!!!)... I would really like Louis Tamone. I really felt he did an outstanding job on Fable 3, is very underrated as a voice actor, and is charming enough to be a sincere pleasure to listen to.

Very good choices.
You can tell that Macfadyen has a very versatile voice from the different roles he's been in and Sewell just has an interesting voice in general. I think the fact I just finished watching Pillars of the Earth has made me biased but they do have great voices.

Sharlto Copley!
I plan to also make my Hawke out of him since my Grey Warden exist in same world so I won't do usual face I do in every RPG.

In this context my first thought of Jeremy Irons is the "Evil Mage" from the Dungeons and Dragons movie.

Christopher Eccleston for my sarcastic, bitter rogue with a hidden heart of COAL (lots of worlds have a North!)
Kevin McKidd for my stern, professional templar who just wants to live a quiet life.
Ray Stevenson for my happy go-lucky berserker who just goes where his feet take him (I like British TV shows, okay?)
For my 'Let's burn everything to the ground and dance on it's ashes' mage, it's gotta be James Purefoy. Suave, charming, but with a hidden anger and malice that beats people to death with scroll-casings or, in this case, astral weaponry.
