Hi,
So, I tried to purchase 800 bioware points for my fiancée, using my PayPal account. The PayPal transaction went through but failed upon attempting to return to Bioware's site to gain the points. I then tried to file a ticket, as the FAQ above suggests, but every time I choose 'contact us' it won't let me select a platform, so I have no way to actually try and open a ticket about the problem, either!
HELP!
Paid for points, can't redeem, can't file a ticket! :(

It went through? Heck, mine doesn't even let me past the "Select an offer" screen, it just throws an error.
