I kinda find it hard to believe that a woman who successfully resurrected someone from the dead can't somehow apply her scientific brilliance at removing something as relatively basic as a benign neoplasm -- at least, in comparison at least.
She may not have the massive resources thrown at her like Lazarus was, but I also doubt it would cost nearly as much. Good luck to Miranda though on convincing The Illusive Man to undersign for that particular venture though.
