Uh, I don't know what to tell you except...Sorry? It's just a part of life I guess, most movies have famous good-looking actors on screen, why would videogames be any different? (Excluding certain games of course).

Well then maybe you shouldn't jump to conclusions?A_y0ner_ wrote...
Well I haven't seen much of the game, but watching the demo and seeing Isabella made me want to smack my palm into my face.

2) Isabela is the only "overly sexualized" woman I've seen thus far. (I used to think this of Bethany before I realized that it was just Varric's "exaggerated" version of her.)
3) DA2 is no more "overly sexualized" than DA:O. If you strongly objected to scantly-clad characters such as Morrigan and Isabela, consider that they are in the minority. Strong, "properly" dressed women populate DA2.

It's too difficult and annoying to change body types around, so they'll be pretty much hour-glass figures and slight muscular but not TOO muscular guys.
But it doesn't bother to me much, the point is that they're supposed to be easy on the eyes.
Edit: It's not supposed to be a believable world, dragon age is fantasy and is pretty far removed from reality.

He's probably complaining about Isabela and Betheny.

I have never seen a quality movie where a beautiful woman is as equally dressed as Isabella.
Also if you think of it in terms of her character, do you really think some cold-hearted pirate killer woman is really wearing a mini-skirt that just barely covers her rear and has her double-D's hanging out of her shirt?
I'll admit its not as bad as ME2 with Jack travelling through outer space with just a plastic mask and a bra on.

It doesn't matter to me, I'm not offended it's okay to be annoyed at it, but it just isn't supposed to be realistic at all, and expecting it to be realistic seems to mean you ignored the first game.
To me it just looks like they got too carried away with her outfit and couldn't stop, they obviously enjoyed working on her outfit and added too much.
Edit: And yeah, I'm kind of surprised about how Isabela acts, you'd think she'd be more emotionally flawed but maybe she goes to a psychiatrist off screen or something.

My god, I want to feel like I'm immersed in a realistic, believable world. Not stuck in some horny 14 year old's imagination.
You want it to be more realistic?? Its a fantasy world for crying out loud. If you mean like RL then ok we need more sexual images then

I'm really, really happy they scaled the breast size down from their previous models. I don't see it as every women being overly sexualized. I mean, yeah, Bethany's showing a lot of cleavage, but Isabela wears no pants, Varric's shirt is half open, and Fenris and Merrill wear no shoes.

She is a very confident/strong pirate who will use anything and everything to get the upperhand in a battle
And using her body to distract men in battle is a great way to do just that
Dont complain if you dont have a good reason or a constructive way to improve the clothing.

So you missed Hawke being in leather/robe armor the entire demo and the other female in the party in heavy armor that wasn't a metal bikini, yet only saw Isabella "half naked" when it really is part of who she is and how she acts not just in fighting, but in every day activities.
Typical.
But clearly one character out of all of the characters seen so far showing extra skin means this game is oversexualized!!111one!1

How desperate of a man do you have to be to get distracted sexually during a battle??
