I pre-ordered at game stop, I got all the codes, played my first playthrough, second playthrough, and 3rd playthrough and so on, no problems. Last night I reinstalled ME2, an NO TERMINUS ARMOR OR ANYTHING FROM PREORDERS. I let my Girlfriend install ME2 on her computer, she says that she does not have the armor, she shouldnt since she is using her account, and I am using mine. I recently changed my account info from my old email to my new one. When I try to sign in with my old e-mail I am unable to. So what the **** EA. Give me my **** back.

Do you mean the promo items disappeared from the game (which would be no surprise, if it was re-installed) or from your BioWare account (in which case you should contact EA support)? Can you download the DLCs from http://social.biowar...ntitlements.php?

Thank you Bravenu3, I don't remember EVER having to do that. I would log in and it would automatically download. EA is quickly loosing kudo's points with me, and it took them a LONG time to get back in my good graces.

Nothing ever automatically downloaded. ME2 doesnt work that way. EA is crap, yes, but in this case, it was simply your fault, not EA's.
