I bought my copy of mass effect 2 over steam. I've registred my DLC on the bioware page... But when I download it it says that it's not compitible for the steam version... How do I get the DLC for the steam version of the game??

Well, you go to Profile -> Registered game promotions, download and launch the downloaded installer. These installers are compatible with all versions of the game, as long as the game was properly installed (for steam, that means downloaded + executed a single time).
