The transaction appeared to go through, but at the last step, an eror message appeared.
When I attempted to use the points, it, of course, said I had zero points.
Is there any rectification for this, or has Bioware eaten my points?
I have also prepared a screen capture from my Netbank Account if further proof is necessary.
