Hello, on 11/02/2011 07:24:42 PM Sydney time, I paid $5.62 for 600 Bioware points.
The transaction appeared to go through, but at the last step, an eror message appeared.
When I attempted to use the points, it, of course, said I had zero points.
Is there any rectification for this, or has Bioware eaten my points?
Bought Bioware points, got none.

Have the same issue and I can't even find any customer service for this problem.

Same problem here, an error message after all 3 transactions i made in 12/02/2011. All 3 transactions are in pending in my account management but no points frome them.

Wow, with problem like this, you'd think there be more in the way of service for the problem. Therre seem to be a lot of people affected by it.
