Now for almost three weeks already I am completely unable to add any Bioware points to my account. When I try to add them, I get to the point where I need to verify and confirm my order details and when I check the "I have read and accept the Digital Services Agreement" checkbox and press on "Place your order" button, the whole thing ends up with following error:
Purchase Error
An error has occurred while trying to process your request. Please, try again later.
And this happens each and every time and for almost three weeks now. Never had any problems with adding BW points before. My payment option in this case is - and always was - PayPal and every other purchase or payment I
do through PayPal works OK, only Bioware shop errors out. I spoke with some EA Customer Support rep over the chat one day and options she gave me to check or try didn't work at all, it still errors out. What's going on with it? And no, this is not like other errors with the store reported here in various topics, because I never get any receipts from PayPal or anything. It seems simply that after the BW page gives me that error, things stop and that's it. Just an obscure error message without any explanation.
And yes, I did check the "Common problems" topic, no situation or suggestion there matches with my problem. I was using this very same account, PC and browser before as well and I've purchased a lot of BW points in total, this is the first time I'm getting this kind of error.
