Paypal doesn't work for me either, get the error with both DA2 and ME2 skins. I purchased some DLC for Dragon Age two weeks ago with no issues, but now I can't get the Arrival DLC for ME2 :/

EDIT: Working now, got the DLC but I've no clue how it fixed itself :wizard:

IDK it's not working any more. I think I'll just torrent it and pay when they actually want me to. Bioware I'd fix this if I were you, unless you don't want us to pay.

I've tried 2 transactions under the Dragon Age skin from the "Add Funds" option; and they've both failed. Using a Mastercard debit card; and when I try using the ME2 skin from the DLC page, it automatically sends me to the Mass Effect 2 Home page when I try to advance through the process.... help? =/

Edit: Well I'll be darned, it actually worked this time! Didn't send me to the ME homepage and worked through the DLC-page as it should; with the transaction working instantly! It might mess up on me again next time, but for now success!

Try buying BW points direct from the DLC page, it seems to be vaguely successful

Purchasing BW Points still failing, please fix BioWare.

Ditto the CSC problem mentioned earlier. Tried it on both ME2 and DA2 skins with two different cards from different providers. BioWare, your purchasing system isn't even querying the banks.

This is totally unacceptable if you are going to only sell DLCs online. Was planning on dropping $60 on DLCs this month for ME2 and DAO, but it looks like I'll just have to go buy a game from your competitors, because you're not delivering. Too bad as I really wanted to play Arrival, Shadow Broker and Overlord.

An error has occurred while trying to process your request. Please, try again later.

I just had the same problem. What's sad is that Bioware doesn't appear to be doing anything about this, despite the fact that it's costing them sales? I've tried it in the past multiple times as well with no luck. The last time Bioware checkout ever worked for me was back in January of 2010.

I got this error on both the Dragon Age and Mass Effect pages. I'm not about to go pay $20 full the mondo Bioware points pack from EA store when I only need 560 points.

Just the same here, everytime I contact the support the best I can get is "There is nothing I can do for you" or "Try again in 24hrs", tried both ME and DA pages, different browser, cleared cache/cookies and also tried different PCs but still nothing.

Dang. I was able to use my Visa Debit Card once today. First DLC Pack I bought and was going to buy the rest em after getting ME2 for free with DA2. Finished DL that DLC and went to purchase the next DLC and lo and behold BioWare gave me:

"An error has occurred while trying to process your request. Please, try again later"

So I tried to buy the points from both the ME2 and DA2 skinned checkout sites and still no success.

By the Way I am from the US and didn't change anything from the way it was when trying to make the first purchase that worked and the purchases that were unable to go through.

I would enjoy a statement on how to fix this or a time frame as to when this problem will be resolved... I don't care if it takes 3 months as long as I get an answer from BioWare. I just want there to be some sort of customer service on the forums.

Blarg. I'm getting the same error.
Using Visa, tried both DA2 and ME sites to get points.
The ME one sends me straight to its home page though.

Ok i don't know how many of you will this help, but I resolved my issue with debet card payment as follows:
You have to go to your bank webpage and check what is your monthly payment limit for internet transactions on the card. In my case I did some shopping this month and did not have a sufficient amount of cash on my limit, thus making the transaction a fail.
So in my case I just increased the monthly limit a bit and everything is fine now.
Hope this helps some of you.

Ive been receiving the same error. I managed to get 1600 points then it just stopped working after that. Using Visa. I tried multiple times and I have been charged 3 times but only received one lot of 1600 points. Bioware really need to fix this.

... and still no "official update". When they want "million downloads" on some demo then sure, quick to ask it from customers, but when customers have issues and as critical as this one - and as long running as this one - then it's total silence. Meanwhile the amount of people who face this issue keeps increasing. Disappointing.

I really want to purchase the ME2 DLCs, but all of my Walmart Visa gift cards have under $10 left on them. They all have enough to buy the $7 dollar DLCs, but not enough to go to the EA store to spend $10 for multiple 800 Bioware Points packs. Therefore, I need to use my cards to buy in amounts of 560 Bioware points, which is not available at the EA store.

You'd think they'd take this issue more seriously? Or are they just expecting us to go to the EA store and spend $10 for the $7 DLC's?

Possible workaround, using Paypal:

Had been trying to buy points for two days now, always got ye ol' "An error has occurred while trying to process your request. Please, try again later." Might be because I opened the bioware account in another country. Tried buying over DA2-skin and ME2-skin both, to no avail.

Finally noticed the button "Manage Accounts" in the upper right corner of the ME2-skin screen. Clicked it, deleted the saved Paypal account. Opened new purchase, chose Paypal, reentered old information, and voilá, got my 560 points. Since I needed double that, purchased again, got them as well. Hope it helps some of you.

I just tried again with a different card. No go :(. In another trial, I "saved" the card to my account, but that didn't help, either. I wish the EA store would just add 560 Bioware points as an option :(.  Then, I wouldn't have to try to use this silly Bioware checkout.

*sigh* I also have problem with my debit Visa. Every time trying to buy points I get that "An error has occurred while trying to process your request. Please, try again later." message. The worst thing is that transaction of some 70 eurocents they charge me for each try goes through just well (whatever it is anyway - taxes?). wtf. >.<

For crying out loud, the second time I tried, first I wanted the exiled prince, now I want both the exiled prince and the new class packs for DAII, and I get this error .
