 I had an old account that I registered my cerberus card under. I try to login on the account and I put in my EA ID and it takes me to an account creation screen. I filled in everything and it said the email was in use. I clicked forgot password and it took me to change my EA password How do I get on my account with the cerberus card?

I know the email and the ID name.
