I don't mind Sheploo as much, as they need some sort of Shepard appearance. He could wear a helmet I suppose, but it wouldn't feel right. Either way, Sheploo will be all over marketing anyway.

I agree. If there's a token babe LI, I'll probably ragequit. Epically. As in write angry emails to Bioware.

Shepard+Vanderloo, the model the default Shep face is based on.

LOL, he's the default male Shepard. The name Sheploo is a contraction derived from the combination of the two names Shepard and Mark Vanderloo, since the latter is the name of the person whose appearance is the face of the default Shepard.

Didnt know Shep was based off a model. I doubt the generic cover will have someone other than "Sheploo", since he is the most recognizable part of ME.

Indeed, just as it was with the first two titles. Sheploo was only on the regular/generic box-art, but not on the CE.

I don't think you're getting the point, they weren't in Mass Effect 1 and they couldn't die.

I wish they could at least throw a helmet on him or something because honestly, there's nothing more annoying than picking up one of your favourite games and seeing this douchebag model in your character's armour giving you the 'blue steel'.

Moderately off-topic, but I love the idea of Turian females having feathers. Turians are so sauropsidian anyway that it's a great touch.

It'd be nice to see developers acknowledge that female protagonists/players exist (excluding the ones that exist to show some T+A/love nothing more than The Sims).
