These. Any of these. I'd prefure the plain, Mass Effect 3, N7 one. But if not that, then one of the others.

Hey don't hate on PS3 But I will admit, I do have a problem with the "new" PS3 font. I never did like it. <_<
The boxart is still awesome though

Conceptually some of these are pretty good, but under no circumstances should the case feature a non-Vanderloo Shepard. Like it or not, he is the face of Mass of Effect, and its important to retain that thematic continuity.

In all seriousness, I would say this is by far the best and most 'realistic' of the covers to have been posted. It fits in with the theme of the game, the colours are perfect and it just looks amazing. I also like this one:

Arguably it fits in better with the existing covers, and it's more telling of what the game encompasses, not to mention it's a nice throwback to the ME1 cover with Shep's pose and the lighting.
My problem with most of the others is that I think they're too 'busy' for covers, or have too many characters. Mass Effect had four characters, Mass Effect 2 had three. We won't see the whole cast on the case, in my opinion. Also, for those making PC covers; Don't put the Games for Windows banner on. Please. It won't be part of the GfW scheme - Very few EA games are.

No one bothered to make cover regarding the protagonist standing and overlooking Earth while it's being attacked? Or maybe a cover showing Earth and the main character of some sort? It would be nice to put something in background of the main character's crazy visions he's been having since ME1.
