It's been over a week since contacting them and still not a single response. I still cannot install this game without receiving data errors. The PC version has been getting rave reviews but I wouldn't know since I cannot play the game that I paid over $60 and store policy where I purchased the game forbids a full refund. Using my DVDs CD code I was still not able to get the digitial version to install due to the same problems.
Pls. someone from EA/Bioware respond. I used to love Bioware games but since you partnered with EA I have nothing but problems getting your games to work as intended.

what problem are you having?
P.S. this is the "self-help" forum, you are unlikely to get an EA/Bioware response here.

I am still waiting eight days later for a tier 2 tech support telephone call and the support site were we leave comments on tickets has gone unanswered by EA for just as freaking long.

OneEyedRed, I haven't even gotten a single response to my ticket opened up over a week ago.
My problem is I cannot install the PC disk or digital download version of the game without getting data errors. Does it from the disk and files copied to the hard drive. Most likely it has something do with the copy protection. Had the exact same problems with Mass Effect. The copy I bought off Steam for $10 last week installed and runs perfect so what does that tell you.

Have you had a chance to try another disk drive? From the symptoms your drive might be going. I'm not sure if you have a friend you could borrow a drive from for testing purposes. I know my old DVD drive went bad, and not only caused read errors, but also scratched any DVDs I put in. ><
Replaced the drive, and now it all works fine...except for the scratched disks.
Otherwise, what is the specific error you get?
Ah well,

Live chat. They actually ended up fixing my problem and I got the Warden's Keep for free

They took a little over a week to get back to me via email. I would have been better off using livechat, but it was clogged when I tried to use it around game realease date.

I have two dvd drives and two internal hard drives tried installing off both DVD drives and copying the files to both hard drives. Same results every single time, installer cuts out at the 25% mark on the first file of the installation.

Ok I talk to someone over live chat but they weren't very helpful. They told me to redownload the game from the EA store after flushing out the cache in the downloader program. They said my download was corrupted. I wasn't willing to waste another 5 hours (EA has some crappy servers) to redownload the game and get the same results.

Did you installt it under Admin modus?
You could try and use programms that disable Copy Protection (dont know if it is leagel at your country)
What is the exact error code?
Or you could remove one of your HDs take it to a friend let him install it to your HD then take it back to you and just put it in: but for most games you have to do the reg entries your self afterward thats a bit hard but it should work.
Did you do all the Updates for your Windows 7 ?
Maby there is some compatility error (like in earlyer versions of Windows) that they have fixt by now.

This may be a memory issue. I had an issue like this installing a previous game and it turned out some of my memory went bad. Try running the free version of memtest86 (memtest86.com) or something similar and see if it finds anything.

I sent them an email on 7th and was to get a response within 24 hours. Still didn't hear anything, not even after I sent a second and third email. Bad quality of support I say!

Indeed, I have had one in since the 4th thats gotten 1 response not really having to do with my issue.
It was about why WK wouldnt show up so I could purchase it, the response had to do with checking to make sure my points were there. which wasnt even the issue.
after a week of tinkering and what not on here and with the game I FINALLY got WK to appear and purchased it, but nither Shale nor WK will work even tho they are both installed and active.
CS for this game is nonexsistant (which is the norm for ea and has been for many many years unfortunatly)
All I can say is that if ME 2 has the same kind of clusterf*ck at launch that DAO has had, I wont be bothering to acquire another BW title.
I have alreay sworn off most every other EA game, so far only VALVE, and BW has escaped and Dead Space (which was only gotten after playing the full game through gamefly, after that, I have yet to see another EA game that has any substance thats not a sad remake of the year before it.
I just wish BW would be handling the CS, then maybe we would be getting some issues resolved.
FIX YOUR GOD DAMN GAME BIOWARE!

Well it's been two weeks since I sent them my ticket and not a single response. The response I got back was a chat transcript, yes I was able to chat with someone at support and he told me redownload the digital files again after deleting the cache (game files) from the EA downloader. It took me over 5 hours to download the complete game, EA servers are on par with their support which is utter crap. Anyhow downloading the game again is not going to solve this issue.
If I had a (bad) memory issue with this system don't you think it would manifest itself in all my other games that work fine on this PC. Besides I had this PC in the shop not to long ago and it underwent a full diagnosis and came out with a clean bill of health.

Live chat isn't really an option when the queue seems to be around 65 people waiting.

No somtiems different games react different to bad memorie.
Try just test it.
EA support wont be able to help you cous they can help you only whit the software but yours is totaly a hardware problem.

Hi, the Live Chat, what hours is it available? I was number 1 in queue for several hours yesterday, I guess it was not manned... I can't find any info on this on the EA Support page (in fact, no mentioning at all about the Live Chat on those pages?)

All I know is when C&C4 is released that I'm not buying it from EA but from a third party like Steam or Direct2Drive, if there is anything I have learned from all this bs I have gone through with this game and Mass Effect. I cannot risk running into this same crappy installer again for a third time.

Have to agree. Sometimes a hardware memory problem is to blame if its not the disc itself.
