Hey I recently bought 2000 BP so I could buy a few DLC pakcs. I mannaged to buy LoTsB, Kasumi, Aegis Pack, Alternate Pack 2 and Fire porwer pack, which should have left me with 160 left for alternate Pack 1. But for some reason when I went to buy Firepower pack, I completed the buy and got nothing in my registered game promotions, just for the record is still stated that I had 320 points left. So I bought it again and got it on my promotions page. Went to buy Alt pack 1 and it said I didn't have any points left. Is there any way to fix this or get the 160 points back so I can get the other pack?
