Hmm... that's strange. I know a lot of people don't like being forced as someone else. I'm one of them. And I'm straight. Bisexual companions make me feel creepy and gross.  I prefer not knowing they're bi even if they are.

No offense though.

If you feel the need to put a 'no offense' in the end, maybe it's better not say it at all.

It's always amusing how people feel the need to put "no offense" after a blatantly offensive post.

It's like the internet version of "I'm not racist, but..."

You're not being forced as someone else. If Zevran hits on you, you can tell him "Not on your life," if that's the stance you take. Likewise, you shouldn't try and force your own attitudes onto Zevran (I know Zevran's a fictional character, but it's an RPG... the player is meant to treat these characters as real, and they're written to feel real). If the very idea of someone of your sex being attracted to you makes you feel creepy and gross  then you have way bigger problems than how you feel about a video game.

I killed Zevran in my first, second, third and fourth playtrough.
On the fifth, he's stays at camp.
Not that I hate him.
It just that he is making me feel gross, creepy and uncomfortable.
That's is who I am RL or in Video Game.

Edit: typing too fast, miss some word.

Just because you can end up never meeting Fenris doesn't make him bi.

What about Sten? You can just leave him in the cage and you can kill Wynne. Oh, and don't forget Loghain too! It's getting annoying with people making assumptions of what we saw in the first game and it's immidiately the "thing" for the next game.

Show proof sten, wynne, and loghain aren't bi! Just because qunari can't get married doesn't doesn't mean they can't fool around, and in all her years at the circle wynne only had one kid? She could have been fooling around with people who couldn't get her pregnant. And Loghain....

Well he just clearly had a crush on Marric.

It's because intent is magical! It means that so long as you don't intend to offend someone, nothing you say can be offensive! It's just like how if you don't intend to step on someones foot, they don't feel pain!

First, your posts offend me personally. The ideas you seem to hold are ones that make me feel gross, creepy, and uncomfortable. You have the right to believe whatever you want, but don't you dare try and pass it off as something that isn't offensive. Second, you killed Zevran because he hit on you? That's whack.

He might as well have been saying "I'm not homophobic, but..."

You would think your desire not to know they're bisexual would keep you out of thread with "Bisexual Companions" in the title.:?

He might as well have been saying "I'm not homophobic, but..."

Next he'll be claiming that some of his best friends are gay/bi. ;)

The bolded. So very much.

It's like a homophobe complaining about gay guys eyeing him up after he heads knowingly into a gay bar.

Straight: Anders & Merril

Bisexual: Fenris & Isabella

Also the reason I think Fenris is the Bisexual romance is not because he's an elf but because he's seems like less of a stereotype at least when compared to Anders

I think my favorite thing about dudes who complain about dudes hitting on them is they are almost always without fail one of those sorts of dudes who gets all "C'MON IT'S A COMPLIMENT" when a woman doesn't appreciate getting hit on at every turn by men. Suck it up, guys!

Or uh. Don't. You get what I mean.

:innocent:

I think its more offensive than anything anyone could say if you tell someone to shutup and leave and not post at all in your precious thread of homosexuals flaunting sexuality.

It is sickening to have ingame characters flaunting their sexuality, regardless of ****** or hetero. They really need to take more care with the dialog trees, it was disturbing watching the EA live stream of the game at the very end the woman who basically just met you is already inviting you to her room for the night.

There's a time and place for everything, this is just not it. Keep your preferences to yourself and stop forcing your views on other people. Its disgusting.

Oh this is rich. If you hate the subject why come in the thread?

Or did you jsut want to complain about things you don't like?

And...sickening to watch characters flaunt their sexuality?

You don't have to recruit her you know. So your disgust will be able to be avoided.

And you've been reported for offensive trolling. Good day =]

anyway it's pretty much confirmed that there's going to be an f/f and m/m li, which I'm sure this thread has gone over. personally, I'm still rooting for the said LI to be Fenris since he appeals to me the most, but I really wouldn't mind if it was one of the others.

No one told anyone to shut up and not post. Now, having said that, I'm telling you to shut up and stop posting such bile. If you're going to be so hateful and try and justify it by saying "I feel the same way about straight people!" then you really should think about just not talking.

Isabela isn't disgusting or disturbing because she's interested in spending the night with an attractive woman who just helped her out of quite the pickle. It's very in-line with her personality. If you're really so bothered by it, then maybe you shouldn't be playing video games. Or watching movies. Or TV. Or reading books. Or going outside.

Also, I'm a gay woman! I'm telling the whole world! I'm flaunting it, yeah!

I've always wandered, how does one flaunt their sexual orientation to the world? Does the world watch everyone every single moment of the day?

If no one "flaunted" their sexuality, no one would ever get together. That would be sad!
