If I buy a new computer, will I have issues transferring my DA games (and, more specifically, the DLC content) onto the new machine?

If you transfer your whole account using the Migration Assistant you should be fine. Another option is to simply copy your Documents/BioWare folder to the new computer (and /Applications/Dragon Age if you want to avoid reinstalling).
The thing you have to make sure of is to deauthorize the old computer and authorize the new one. This is done through the game launcher.

It usually starts automatically the first time you launch your new computer. Otherwise you can find it in /Applications/Utilities
